Based in Košice, I am an attorney with a deep academic background and a broad societal perspective. I view the law primarily as a tool to help individuals navigate critical life challenges. My practice bridges the gap between legal theory and practical advocacy; I draw upon academic research to solve real-world problems and utilize experience from complex cases to inform my scholarly work.

I provide legal representation throughout Slovakia, focusing on complex cases that require a highly sensitive, discreet, and strategic approach—situations where standard templates fall short.

My daily practice specializes in:

• Complex Family Law: Including international parental child abduction, rare paternity determinations, and termination of substitute care.
• Criminal Law: With a special focus on strategic protection of crime victims and juvenile defense.
• Legal Services for Foreigners & Expats: Navigating the specific legal and bureaucratic hurdles of life in Slovakia.
• Specialized Civil Agenda: Partners’ and family life issues, cross-border family relationships, and personal/property arrangements for non-marital unions, with full respect for human rights and international legal recognition.

• Founder of the non-profit organization Sociálne bývanie Slovensko, n.o., dedicated to advocacy for housing rights, social assistance, and supporting families at risk of homelessness.
